You can create customer satisfaction through the way you conduct yourself with members of the public when volunteering or in real work situations.

Could be one of the following:

  • Work experience placements/visits
  •  Out of school jobs/helping with a family business
  • Voluntary work at a club
  • Personal experience as a customer

e.g.

I have being working at the local bakery in the summer and have helped changed the display cabinet to make it look more inviting to customers

I have done some research on what people like to see when they come to a show so that my drama club can perform better.
