Through the role I secured at E Squared as a Development Coordinator (Trainee), I had to engage professionally with cross cultural groups and professionals from 11 different countries, all involved with the COP 26 project.
My role meant supporting these partners to reach more underrepresented demographics with the Hyper Voice COP 26 survey.
This involved working effectively with other people remotely. We engaged through email and basecamp with the occasional face to face meetings over Zoom.
This has helped me to develop my team working skills and to be able to work with other people remotely, a particularly useful skill in a post Covid-19 society where remote work is more common.
